As a result, they will contact qualified vendors to provide skilled services via a Request for Proposal (RFP) – a document that describes a project’s needs and asks for proposed solutions. RFPs include an organizational background, a short project description, project requirements and objectives, milestones and deadlines, questions and required information, along with contact information and submission deadlines. A well-crafted RFP can help ensure that qualified vendors will be contracted and the project is completed as planned.
