Request for Proposals (RFPs): Traffic Engineering Consultant Services

The Public Works Committee of the Salem County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, or groups of firms, for Professional Services for Traffic Engineering Consultant Services for Salem County. The consultant’s work will include a complete field topographic survey of six different locations within Salem County. The effort will also involve preparation of mapping for use in detailed design plans. Additional details related to the Scope of Work, Recommendation for Improvements, and Traffic Evaluation Deliverables for each location are included within the RFP itself.

This work is funded through the South Jersey Transportation Planning Organization (SJTPO) Subregional Planning Work Program included in the SJTPO FY 2021 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). Proposals must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the goals, requirements, format, and guidelines presented in the RFP document.

The RFP is currently available on the Salem County website and must be returned to the Salem County Engineer’s Office on or before 11:00 AM prevailing time on March 24, 2021.
