Community Mobility Survey

SJTPO is updating the Access for All Transit Plans, also known as the Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plans, for Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, and Salem Counties. The Access for All Transit Plans focus on improving mobility for senior adults, people with disabilities, people with low incomes, and underserved communities. The Plans are updated every five years.

SJTPO is conducting a public survey as part of this planning effort. The public survey will gather data on existing travel patterns, unmet transportation needs, and desired service improvements. This data will help SJTPO to develop recommendations for the Access for All Transit Plans that are feasible, effective, and responsive to community needs.

At the end of the survey, you can provide an email address to enter a giveaway to win one of four $25 digital gift cards. This is entirely optional and not required to complete the survey.

Community Mobility Survey:

The survey will be open until September 30, 2025. A public meeting is anticipated in October, with more information to be provided at a later date.

For questions or concerns related to the survey, please contact the SJTPO office at (856) 794-1941 or email .
