SHORE CONNECTION COMMITTEE REPORT

This report summarizes the work of the Shore Connection Committee (SCC) which began in the summer of 1997 and concluded in the summer of 1998.  It includes an overview of the study process and the development and evaluation of improvement concepts conducted by the SCC.  It also presents an improvement program built upon the spirit and results of the SCC process.  The program areas form the basis of a near term and a longer range plan for the identification, programming, and advancement of improvement projects through the SJTPO's regional planning process.
